I.Objective paper:
- Test of Reasoning & Computer Aptitude.
- Test of Data Analysis & Interpretation.
- Test of General/ Economy/ Banking Awareness.
- Test of English Language.
II.Subjective Paper:Â This paper is consisting of Letter Writing and Essay.
3.Group Exercises & Interview.
- Case studies: These are exercises where candidates are presented with a hypothetical business problem and are asked to come up with a solution or strategy to address it. Candidates may be asked to work together in groups to come up with a solution, or they may be asked to present their individual solutions to the group.
- Role-playing exercises: These exercises involve candidates playing out different scenarios, such as a customer service interaction or a team meeting. Candidates may be assigned different roles and asked to interact with each other as part of the exercise.
- Group discussions: These exercises involve candidates discussing a particular topic or issue, often related to the job or the company. Candidates may be asked to work together to come up with a solution or to debate different perspectives on the topic.
- Behavioral interviews: These interviews focus on the candidate’s past experiences and behaviors, and may ask questions like “Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult customer.”
- Panel interviews: These interviews involve multiple interviewers asking questions of the candidate, often from different departments or areas of the company.
